🕓 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00

• Check-out: until 12:30

• Quiet hours:

  • September 1 – May 31 : 23:00 – 07:00

  • June 1 – August 31 : 00:00 – 06:00

• Early check-in or late check-out is possible only upon prior agreement.

🚗 Parking & Movement on the Premises

• Parking is allowed only in designated areas and free on the premises.

• Please drive slowly and respect other guests.
  
  

🏠 Cabins & Guesthouses

• Please treat your cabin or house as you would your own home.

• Report any damages or issues to the manager immediately.

• Furniture or items may only be moved carefully and must be returned to their original place before departure.

• Smoking indoors and using open flames (candles, gas burners, etc.) is prohibited.

• Moderate alcohol consumption indoors is allowed; for events, please coordinate in advance.
  
  

🔥 Sauna, Hot Tub & Grills

• Use of the sauna is available only upon prior agreement and for an additional fee.

• After use, please clean the sauna and remove leaves or bath whisks.

• Bonfires and grilling are allowed only in designated areas, following fire safety rules.
  
  

🗑️ Waste & Environment

• Please sort waste according to the provided instructions (bottles, paper/cardboard, general waste).

• Do not leave food waste or garbage outside – it attracts animals and birds.

• Use water and electricity responsibly; switch off lights and close windows when leaving.

• Keskranna Camping is located in nature – you may encounter mosquitoes, ants, or other small forest creatures as part of the natural experience.
  
  

🐾 Pets

• Pets are welcome only by prior agreement.

• Owners are responsible for ensuring their pets do not damage furniture or the area and for cleaning up after them.

• Pets must not disturb other guests or be left unattended.
  
  

🔇 Behavior & Quiet Hours

• Please respect other guests and observe quiet hours.

• Loud music, shouting, or aggressive behavior is not allowed.

• The management reserves the right to terminate accommodation immediately if rules are violated or disturbances occur.

💰 Damages & Liability

• Guests are liable for any damages caused by themselves or their visitors until full compensation is made.

• Broken or missing items will be compensated according to Central Beach OÜ’s price list.

• The owner reserves the right to request a security deposit or refuse accommodation if previous rule violations have occurred.
  
  

❌ Cancellation & Payment Terms

• Advance payment for accommodation is mandatory and confirms the booking.

• Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs due to force majeure or at the owner’s discretion.

• All prices include VAT.
